    Are there any welders out there that can verify that stainless steel can be welded to the steel used in the FWDLK body? I thought stainless needed a special welding process such as heli-arc and possibly couldn't be welded to mild steel.

The vin tag was installed after the body was painted. It was stainless steel and spot welded to the post.
