Hi Allen,

I remember purchasing such a kit from Brad's NOS parts some time ago.  It
was not a NOS kit - rather, it was reproduction components equivalent to
such a kit. It contained the two bushings that need to be put in the
manifold, a shaft, a thermostatic spring, a butterfly, and all the other
assorted doo-dads.  Try contacting them - they have a Web site now, at
