When I was under the car, I noticed that the shift cable is rubbing the exhaust a bit and the casing has melted. This is a custom dual exhaust system and I am not sure if they routed it wrong or not, but there does not appear to be a way to change the position of the cable (above nor below the pipe) so that it does not touch the exhaust. Does anyone know if a longer cable is available? I see that there is a separate listing for Imperial cables. Anyone know the differences? Is it possible its just length ?
