Does anyone happen to have (or know of a set) of original NOS or
aftermarket
Front Strut Rod Bushings for a '65 300? I have a set of the Moog
aftermarket
ones with the large washers attached to the bushings but I am really
wanting
to find a set of the original 2 piece rubber only bushings that were used
from the factory. On the originals there is only a small steel sleeve
inside
the bushing set and the washers are separate. The Chrysler part numbers
are
2207282(front) and 2207296(rear).

Thanks, Ryan.

I've seen a '57 300C speedo on ebay
(http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1825900061)
and the seller says : (..) This is an assembly line unit, as if
it were service replacemant the "TENTHS" numbers would have to be
red (..)
Is it true ? And same property on other speedo ? On my Imperial
the (non working..) speedo has red "tenths".

Subject: Horn

Greetings,
I was given a new car horn. It was stated that it was a Plymouth
Roadrunner
horn. Since the Roadrunner is too new for me, I have a couple of
questions
that maybe someone out there can answer:
   1. What should the color be. I have always seen them a light purple.
This
one is orange (made by Spartan).

   2. Did the horn have an internal circuit that made it go beep-beep or
was
it an external circuit.
Thank!
Rick

Jerry,
I got mine from AutoSport this is one of those catalogues that you get in

the mail every month or two. VERY happy with the ones I got. You should
either get the catalog or go to the website to review all the different
versions (applications) they offer!

Jery,

This doesn't help from a logistics standpoint, but I just ordered and
received a cover for my G from Covercraft. I spent time talking with
these folks at the SEMA show last year. They have a pattern for my car
as well as many different materials depending upon your storage needs
(i.e. indoor, outdoor, combination....)

http://www.covercraft.com/

They are very freindly and helpful. I felt the price to be reasonable
for a custom fit cover.

Best regards,

Richard Osborne

Good morning & happy almost-Friday.

For low budget-sake I was wondering if anyone had the C and H hood letters
from a '57 - '59 lettercar?

I bought one complete repro set but was hoping to avoid the need to
purchase a second for the junkyard C....as they're definitely not for a
show car. The remaining RYSLER letters attached to my hood are still
quite useable.

Thought I'd check. Thanks!

Hi Paul,
You can get the front suspension parts from www.pst.com or through NAPA.
Watch out on the upper control arm bushings from NAPA however. I just got
a
set that was the wrong number. I got the number from the club web site.
They
come 2 in a box and may have been boxed wrong. I'll know for sure when the
other box comes in. My local parts store had no listing for 57-58.
300ly,
      Don
