[Chrysler300] Reno-Tahoe altitude driving

Spesaking strictly for myself and my G, I have never had an altitude problem
driving to and from the Reno-Tahoe area. Actually, my G seems to run just
fine in the higher elevation. I think the fuel sold in Reno may be better
suited to the needs of our cars than the California "boutique" fuel it
normally gets. It seems once I've filled up in Reno, the car has more power
than it did with the California gas.
