Phil,
More info is needed. Is this a new installation? Has the car been sitting a 
long time? Were the brakes working properly when it was stored? Have you 
bled from the farther most wheel (right rear), working your way to the 
nearest (front left)? Can you pump the pedal up at all, or is it dead no 
matter what you do?
