[Chrysler300] Hard Start When Warm

Our 300 g starts right up cold. Drive for a while, stop and restart and it 
barely makes the first few turns but finally makes it.

My thoughts are 1. Insulate Starter 2. Rebuild starter (if so who) 3. 
Complain to battery supplier but I do not think it is a battery problem?
