I guess if we ever decide to sell anything on Ebay no one will buy it 
because we will have "zero feedback".  I think everyone has to start 
somewhere.

Don't know the situation of your scammer.  I think the whole Ebay thing is 
some kind of a big fraud.  Too many scammers but then I know nothing about 
it.  Am just afraid to buy and sell on it.  I get those phishing emails 
every day.  If I reported them all to Ebay it would take several hours a 
day.  I just give up on that.  They are a billion dollar company.  Let them 
solve their own problems.
