First set up a new account, in a different bank if necessary, to 
receive the funds. that way, any other money in the account can't be 
pulled out by "them". You can use the account for eBay/PayPal later if 
you want.
Then give them the # and have the funds transfered. There may be a 
charge on one end or the other, but it's safe, if you wait for a week 
to know everything is OK.
Usually those Scandinavian people have US accounts or someone here to 
handle funds and shipping for them.
