bill the x-chevy man turned chrysler dude has a problem and needs 
advice.

my 62 300 sport decided not to start this morning / it seems dead at 
the key / tried to jump it and failed / still nothing at the key / 
battery is up.

can one short the starter like my old chevys?

is there something regarding a neutral safety switch that i might check?

please help this old bird with things to try?
