Well, I tried the obvious after trying all the sexy fixes. The cork floats don't float. Any suggestions as to what to coat them with to get them to float again. Several folks have mentioned a ground strap from the unit to the steel line to the engine. I/I've never seen one of these on and 57 or 58 before. Have never needed one to make the unit work before.
