In defense of Sihilling, I have had nothing but good experiences with him. I am not doubting what was said below, but I have never had a problem. With my recent experience (in past 6 months) with Charles Sihilling, where I had 84 pieces of potmetal and aluminum refinished and where I had to send 44 of those back to be redone, only to received them back with basically NOTHING done to improve them, I would not be surprised if you got someone else's sill plates.. Mine were also polished extremely shiney and I doubt were either bright dipped nor anodized. Much of the potmetal still showed red areas where the copper had not been covered with nickel before being chromed, aluminum grille was anodized without removing any nicks or dings and I too received ONE piece of someone else's chrome back in my shipment.. Thank God it apprears I did get all of my pieces back. NEVER again with this character!!! I opened them up and found them very shiny (more so than I expected) but I was OK with that. Now that I am ready to install them, I find that they don't fit. In looking more closely, I realize they are the wrong sill plates! I am working with Sihilling to determine if they belong to someone else or whether I sent them the wrong set (although the 300F sill plates are the only ones I have ever had for a 300) and I am trying to learn what 300 these fit. I have uploaded a picture to the link below so that, hopefully, someone can tell me what car these were designed for. If you go to the link, on the left side, select "download this albumn", and you will be sent a zip file. Open the zip file (you don't have to buy the WinZip program-just close it) and you will have a picture of a beautifully finished "300" sill plate of unknown origin. Any help would be appreciated as to which Chrysler 300 this would fit. http://photobucket. <http://photobucket.com/Cox300> com/Cox300 Thanks for your help. By the way, the exhaust system has been installed and it is going to the convertible top shop in a week or so. At least I am getting closer!!!
