RE: [Chrysler300] RE: [Chrysler] Problems with transmission shift cable replacement on 300G



I've been on the phone to tech departments for Raychem and 3M, both make
shrink tubing, to get a recommendation for the best product for the job.
Keep In mind it must be not be affected by direct contact with oil and be
somewhat heat resistant due to the close proximity to the exhaust.  

The problem I'm having is that you have to buy a 200' spool of the stuff,
its hard to find 4' sticks that have the characteristics needed.
