Great when stuff we all share helps. And as simple as that is to repair. Those capacitors are everywhere , rubber cone on wire end and indented stamp lines in other need . Junk . Before finding this drove me crazy . And remember it is intermittent .. work one day , not the next . Keep old mopar with copper strap . No need to change it in general . Can be tested . On high ohms Analog meter , set on megohms needle should jump up for a half second and fall back to 2 megohms or more . Open cap does nothing , shorted reads low ohms. Very rare it is defective . Digital meters useless for this. Happy it is running well , John
