{Chrysler 300} Lubrication of tach drive distributor

What is the procedure to lube a tach drive distributor?  Mine was rebuilt years ago and I haven’t lubed it since.  When I remove the lube cap, all I see is grease inside.  Is there a special lube tip used to force new grease in?  Manuals aren’t much help.
