Thanks Bob!  So just fill the cap, and thread it in a bit every few years.  This is a new one on me, too good to not share with the list.

Fill the cap full of grease, screw it in and as you go it

forces the grease in. Every so often (maybe once in 2 years)

turn the cap a little more and force more grease in.
