I don't believe there is a need for a filter beyond that already in place. The normal wear, very fine particles of clutch material, settle in the bottom of the pan and do not circulate with the fluid. If you are concerned about ferrous metal pieces, you can place one or more strong magnets on the outside of the pan that will catch and hold them. Of course, if the magnets are needed then you will likely be rebuilding your transmission soon.
