My Poly is often mistaken for a big block,, she pulls one smoking mean hole shot.
Its pushing 300 plus horse power and in the past 20 years she's never failed to start.
Last year at show among 335 cars of all makes from 3 states, it took the
 "Best looking Engine Award" she looks mighty fine sitting in my super clean 65 Coronet 500. Its good to be different,,that why i love me Ploy.

I don't know about you other Poly heads, but I'm amazed (and not surprised) at how many people online tell me that my engine is a piece of junk, and I MUST swap in a 360 or bigger! It's funny, yet frusterating at the same time.

I've become VERY fond of the 318 Poly...thanks to Gary P, as well as you other Poly heads that have given me such good advice. It's an engine that has a lot of potential, you just gotta know how to do it!

Gotta love it...
