Yes, there is a wire that goes from the neutral safety switch to the relay. If you look at the relay close it probably is stamped "G". Gary Bradshaw Ft. Worth, TexasThe '64 trans would have had a single terminal switch in the transmission, and grounded the wire in park or neutral. The reverse lights were a separate switch located on the shifter or steering column shift selector. If you are using a later model transmission, and the three prong switch, you can test the prongs to find the correct terminal for ground. Tom in Dallas

While we are on the topic, I have a quick question regarding the NSS connection to the relay on my '64 Fury. My original trans is long gone, as is most of the wiring, but I am assuming there was a separate lead that went from the NSS on the trans to the starter relay? I have a new dash harness and engine harness installed, but neither appear to have a wire for the NSS ground terminal on the relay.
