Ben,

There are numerous parts that could cause this. Below are a few  you noted and I have found on past issues:

Flat spots on tires from setting for long periods. 
Tires rated for speeds lower than vehicle is operating at.
Weights off wheels
Slightly Bent rim. 
Drive shaft out of balance and weak u-joints.
Flywheel worn and out of balance from so many hard launches.
Broken motor mount creating excessive vibration.
