Gas Tank Help

I have a replacement gas tank in my '63 Sport Fury. The filler tube 
rubber gromet/seal is almost broken in two. It appears to have been 
installed improperly and maybe the wrong size. The filler tube is 
original and measures 2" diameter. The gas tank opening is 2 1/4".

HELP were do I find one of these. It appeears to be different than the 
O-Ring in my '63 Fury with the original tank. The person that purchased 
the tank is not available for me to contact.
