Re: Plastic re-chroming

The plastic chroming on all of my cars has been by Mr. G's. Been happy with all of it except one piece. I have sent stuff too him but most of it I've bought at the NATS so I saw it before I bought. However, the one less than satisfactory piece was bought at the NATS so look at it before you buy. Had a repair in the plastic that looked a little sub par.

I removed my instrument cluster today from my '64 Belvedere and want to get the plastic re-chromed. Has anyone on the list used CV Vacuum platers or Performance Car Graphics? If so...opinions?
How do I go about removing the actual push buttons for the trans and heater? I want to repaint the tiny little letters on each push button. Thanks!<html><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV></html>
