I installed the Flaming River U-Joint ass'y with a manual steering box in my '62. I have a 440 with MaxWedge cast iron exhaust manifolds and the U-Joint leaves a lot more room. It's easy to install. They provide good instructions with it. I didn't check if they have one for the power steering. Everything in the front suspension and steering linkage (other than the box) is new. I understand that the steering couplers do wear out. Is there a preferred source for the rebuild kits? Are any better than the others? What about the u joint type kits from flaming river and others? Any pro or con with them?? > Thanks guys.? > ? > '65 Coronet 500 stroker? > ? > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]? > ? > ----? > Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
