Re: Chrysler and our hobby

I must point out that Hudsons are now Mopars. Hudson along with Nash, Rambler and Jeep are the marks that merged to become AMC and have been welcome at most Mopar shows that I've been at recently. I agree that this will not be a good thing for our hobby but it will survive with the aftermarket. After all it's not like Chrysler is still making parts for our old Mopars. A friend of mine has a 49 Hudson coupe and I've been amazed that he's not had a problem getting any part that he's needed thru the National Hudson Club and the vendors that belong to it.

A world without new Chryslers and Dodges would not be a good thing for our hobby. We'd be like to guys who own Hudsons, which are cool cars, but no new products or a growing fan base, and a much diminished parts availability.

I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
