RE: transmission mount



Brian,

Did you need the full 1/2 inch set back or could you have used less. 
What is your new clearance with the modification. I used a 1/8 inch shim 
under the right mount to get clearance. I'm getting ready to do another 
engine swap and those 8 bottom water jacket header bolts alone will put 
you in theropy. Milodone said there may be a oil pan clearance issue 
with the right front K-frame. The set back may eliminate this issue.
