Re: dash voltage limiter?



Are my dash lights dim because of a bad v limiter?  My new console tach is bright but the cluster is very dim-and I have all new bulbs-i will do the bulkhead wires soon...

Its not a good idea to work on any wiring with the battery hooked up. In 
fact any of my old cars sitting in the shop...the battery is always 
disconnected.
