RE: Torque Convertor



Yes, my Frank Lupo 3000 stall converter had a 2:76 gear behind it till I 
got the 3:91's put in. After the swap it was like night and day. My gas 
mileage went up by at least 4mpg and that is adjusting for speedo 
differences. It wasn't hooking up around town. At 3000 I was doing about 
75 before. If you have a mild mannered motor and don't want to race it I 
bet you'll be happier with a more stock converter.
