Most cars will loose at least a 100HP thru the driveline. Automatic cars will loose more if their convertor is not correct. I have seen cars engine dyno at 700 and get less than 500 to the rear wheels. Chassis set-up is as important of not more inportant then the fine tuning. You can throw all the HP to a car you want and if the chassis is not working, you just ended up throwing alot of $$$ out the window.

Chassis dyno HP is a mystery to me . I know it is measured at the tires and more actual, but how does it compare to HP at the crank? Your set up sounds to me like it would be putting out about 425 engine HP. Is your engine putting out as much HP as expected?
