RE: Rear Glass 64 Polara 2dr hdtp

The main reason to remove the glass is to check for rust - rot out under
the bottom, especially near the edges.

There are about 10 glass vendors listed on the 62-65 Vendor's Page you
can check with.

A good glass tech (one who has patience!) should be able to remove the
glass without issue. It's pretty easy to get out if you don't care to
reuse the gasket, as you cut the old gasket off. Just never touch the
glass itself with a metal knife or screwdriver! I think repro gaskets
are available. Check the vendors like Kramer and Suchy. You'll probably
need new trim clips too. Line up all the parts before the glass is
messed with.

Thanks,
Gary H.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
