Regarding fuel pressure gauges, don't trust them too much. I have had about 4 or 5 of them and found that the liquid filled apparently heat up and give a faulty reading. I have one to each carb at the regulator and the liquid filled will say I have little to no fuel pressure while the standard gauge will say anywhere from 5 to 6. I found that they appear OK to set the pressure when the engine is cold but after that it's pretty much guess work. I do not re-adjust later.
