I'm afraid that my hands are tied as well regarding this matter without 
knowing exactly what SMTP server Philippe's ISP is SENDING email out on... 
I've already checked their MX records and we are not blocking those IP 
addresses, which is what leads me to believe that the ISP is using a 
different subnet for sending and receiving; if I knew what that IP or subnet 
was I could check if we are blocking them and unblock it.

My only other option would be to allow all of France permission to send 
email to our servers, which I cannot do as France is currently the #1 
European source of spam.

Only Manuel Alvarez has access to the mailing list server. Sorry about that.

I can offer you a GMail account and I can show you how to connect it to your 
e-mail client so that it works just like your current e-mail. I'm using 
Outlook Express and I can't tell the difference whether they're coming from 
my ISP's email or GMail.

I understand your frustration. I wish we could do something about it.

hotmail and i'll not import here all my adress book. So i'll unsubscribe 
with this adress, sorry ...
  I think i could help someone about "gold anodizing sill plates" or other 
things i forgot but i can't from this hotmail adress !!!
