1963 does have a PCV Valve from the factory. Just like other years, it is planted in the rear of the right (passenger's side) valve cover. The hose goes to a vacuum port in front at the base of the carburator. I don't remember if this port is actually from the bottom of the carb, or the spacer, but it is definitely there. I think that the vacuum hose is 3/8". Paul W.
