That miller number seems like its the tool used to set the kickdown plunger distance on the torqueflite, but I dont think the 60 used that. I have an old miller spx catalog, IF I can find it I will check that out.

The harmonic balancer for a 413, you can use one for any forged crank 440 or 383....just dont use the later cast crank 400 or anything later thats not balanced the same way. If you physically match them up youll know immediately the difference between them. Just find a 72 or earlier 440 or 383 and youll be safe.
