I have not seen this car, but my guess is its in very good condition.  Mike 
Pittinaro has seen the car, and I am sure he will agree.

The advantage of 69-73 and 74-75 Imperials is that they are quite cheaper than 
the 66-68s.  The 69-71 should still have strong performance, just like the 
earlier cars w/ 440s.  Later cars lost some performance, but I am sure they are 
refined a bit more.
