Vent Won't Open :-(

I had a 66 that did that. Rocking the switch back & forth eventually got it to open. It seemed that once it opened, you could open & close it any number of times without a problem, after it rested a while, it would sometimes not want to open again without fussing around a bit.

Took my 66 Imperial LaBaron cruisin and opened all my power windows for show.  Got home  closed em .  no problem.  Till this morning.  Now the power vent on the passenger side won't open.  The motor runs and  but it just won't open.
Any suggestions would be deeply apreciated.
