I appreciate receiving the best wishes from our international friends, and I
wish everyone the reciprocal good intentions.
I am sure that no one has intended to slight anyone else. We are an
international community with differing languages and conventions. I am
flattered that our overseas friends have reached out to us at all - it is
truly heartwarming.
Best,
John
