Alternate rims for a 90's Imperial

I forget who, but someone on one of the FWD lists put
15's on a 14-stock car.

Speedo is acurate (for the most part) until highway
speeds. He said he was displaying 70 mph on the
speedo, but doing more like 77. Close.. but enough to
get tickets (especially if you always drive 5 mph over
the limit).

I do know that this rim size data is kept in the body
computer. Its technically possible to get into the
body computer and change the rim size from 14 to 15
and then get your acurate speedo- but, that's far
easier said the done, and isn't worth anything near
the trouble and technical headaches involved.
