As far as the window motor goes, you might just try tapping on the side of the motor case with a small hammer or a combination of the hammer and a long "punch" if it's hard to reach. Sometimes they just need to be jarred a bit to un-stick them. Operate the switch with the engine running just to be sure you have good electric power.
