1962 Imperial Convertabile



That's too bad. I just found a '63 'vert in Alaska of all places! Black with red interior. There's a guy trying to get it now. But, if he doesn't...
 
Many pluses for '63:
- Last of Exner's design
- First with parking paw on transmission
- First with aluminum Torquflite.
- Wider brake drums than '62
- No annoying wind blowing through the tail lights.
- Has optional FlightSweep trunk (but mine doesn't)
- bug-eyes. Do I have to say more?
