Coker Tire Responds to IML Complaints

I find it interesting that this forum was used to bad mouth a vendor with who knows for sure if its 1 unsatisfied customer or 50. Then when that vendor wants to make an effort to correct problems, they are not welcome? I don't understand the logic here.

I appreciate this effort to give the vendor an opportunity to correct the issues brought up here. I think when given half of a chance, most vendors would want this opportunity.
