IML: 1956 Imperial Power steering pump.

Well I am happy to report and happy to say, I no longer have the pesky
power steering pump leaking all over the place. I had replaced the
o'rings, but the problem was the shaft seal. After waiting for a week
for it to arrive filled with excitement I bounced out to the garage and
began my little job. I have had 4 imperials now and I cant remember a
week going by with out me under the hood. It felt really nice to get the
hands dirty again. Of course I will get to take it off again when I
replace the generator brushes. Dick B and others thanks for the tips
about the charging system. Santa brought me a voltage tester for
Christmas and I see the generator is only cranking out 13 volts. Another
project another day. It wont be so bad since I have done that a few
times. Anyway best wishes to you all and Happy New Year...
