The only 4 spd placed into a passenger car during the
Forwardlook era was in the 1960 Chrysler 300F Special Gran
Tourismo. This was a French-built Pont-a-Mousson transmission.
You will recall that Chrysler supplied driveline and suspension
components for the French Facel Vega automobiles. Facel used
either this four speed or torqueflites so it was simply a matter
of Chrysler ordering a dozen or so trans and bellhousings, using
their clutch componentry from police and taxi versions and
adapting some Dodge truck pedal linkage to make it all go.
This transmission is virtually impossible to find and new parts
other than bearings and seals are non-existent, so I would not
recommend the installation for your Belvedere!
