[FWDLK] tire remounting cost

Here in W Michigan paid $52 incl tax for R/R 4 tires onto 4 new rims, and
balanced  (not $70 as orig thought).  Large local tire chain.
Note Discount Tire in the past has actually dismounted a single tire at no
cost and likewise did a repair on a 16" wide white free too!!!!!!!
So dont discount Discount!    Har har.
