Maybe there is hope.
A few months ago when the subject of this thief came up I joined in as of 
that time he would not return my original. C grill medallion.
A month or so later guess what arrived? My medallion.
I had sent him prior to the subject a strong letter stating I would start 
sending letters every month to all clubs and publications as to his failure 
to return items.
I would suggest anybody who has been take do the same and mention all the 
clubs and publications you will write to.
My letter must have made some impression.
