--- I would hope the concours rules might be
changed to not ding cars for having factory optional wheels (and other
factory options).  Not grousing, just a suggestion.---

What a great idea!  No deductions for the wheel that looks as though it were 
designed specifically for a 55 or 56 300.  And I could put a clock steering 
wheel or T&C radio in my B to match my illegal Torqueflite(and wire wheels). 
I love it.  Of course I have never been judged(in this Club), so I 
obliviously just enjoy my car the way I want it, just as most other club 
members enjoy their's. It is not as though this would ruin any car for 
posterity as any modified car could very simply returned to pure factory for 
the purists.
