The Rat Roaster was a manifold that Edelbrock made for the 426 Hemi (and 
perhaps some other engines, I don't know)  It consisted of a base which was a 
short cross ram style and then a bolt on top.  there were at least 3 tops 
available, 1 for dual inline AFB's, 1 for a single 4500 series Holley Dominator carb, 
and 1 other top, I don't remember for sure what the carburetor configuration 
was.
