Steering column shift arm question

Hi Campers,

I want to get a few of those small nagging items out of the way over with
winter. I have an annoying issue with my 65 Belvedere convertible. The
rubber bushing and pin that the shifter arm pivots on on my steering column
are cracked and broken. The bushing is almost falling apart and I've had it
taped up to keep it together but I'd love to get it fixed. Does anyone know
where I could obtain parts to replace these? The plastic (I think it's
plastic) assembly that rotates around the column is stating to crack too.
It's a 3 speed column shifted 273 car, original. Plus, how do you get the
new pin in? What holds it in place?

Thanks guys,
