RE: IML: 67' No Brake Light Issue...

    I looked in the FSM and tried to back trace from the rear turn lights.  
It looks like the brake and directional filament go back thru the body 
harness to the directional switch.  I wonder if the problem could be in the 
switch.  I don"t know for sure but a think the brake switch and directional 
switch work together to  determine which light flashes and which stays on 
steady when turning with your foot on the brake.  The hazzard flasher is 
also part of this circuit  If I had to work on mine I would start at the 
directional switch.
    This is just a educated guess and hope it helps you with this problem.
