Hola Mikie
Nice that you have had this cup of coffee this morning. It's been a long
time since you have spoken up.
The dual cross rams are the bold signage of brute power to the world from
MoPar next to the Hemi. Try contacting the 300 Club and ask how far the long and
the short rams go over the valve covers to the sides and the other clearance
questions.
There is a guy down in Pueblo that did it the easy way and put in line fours
from a 300 in his 62 Custom Cpe.
The best of all worlds, to me, is the triple two bbls from the 440 used
starting in 1969. I would like to speak with a Imperial driver who has done this
dirty deed for a full "driver's report". Just think cruz on hardly nuthin and
slam it for a 1,000 CFM's. All the other spec's for this is the same as for
any HP 440.
For the hot 413's MoPar had a short and a long cross ram and in-line 4 bbl's
. Then all of this was dropped until five years later the triple duces
appeared in 1969.
