68 t-bars

Since I pay a shop to work on my car suspensions, I'm no expert, but I think he 
is working on the other end of the torsion bars. It sounds to me like Bob has 
removed the torsion bar anchor bolts. This must mean that the torsion bars are 
actually out of the car.
